Very bad & "low cost" services especially for a 5 Stars hotel

At the arrival there was a lot of staff waiting for customers at the lobby so our feeling was that we were grab in immediately, in the rush, by one of these employees. Anyway at the end she didn't shared any information with us regarding the breakfast, hotel services, wouncher for a dring and even our room number and key but pushing us fast to register, pushing fast to get our baggages from the car, and go fast to our room !! In short a lot of pressure on us while we arrived from our long journey and wanted to proceed for the registration at our own peace!! So not acceptable at all for a 5 stars hotel. As a direct consequences, we were very fast the person who come with us to our room didn't had our key, neither us !! First time I faced to this kinf of issue so very dissapointed for this level of hotel ... Hopefully as Accor gold member for several year I knew we may get a vouncher for a drink but again wehn we arrive at the bar there was no waiter so we had to wait and when at the end he came, I ask what can be serve but he didn't share any drink list so we had to find in our memory what we would like to order ..... !! On the other hand we were lucky because another couple came in the bar sometime after us and no body came to serve them so they left ! What a service for this supposed high class hotel !! To be fair, on contrary I can say we were very satisfied by the concierges who where in charge of park my car and get it back on time when I left the hotel .

Fantastic service in all areas of the hotel. Staff very friendly and professional always there to make your stay memorable. Great location easy access to everywhere, fantastic breakfast, very clean rooms with everything you need. Lovely fine dining restaurant but unfortunately it was full, you need to book in advance if you want a table. Unbelievable collection of rare items. Every time I'm in Lyon this is the only hotel I will stay in. Thanks for the experience and making my stay a memorable one.
