Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are not surprised by your comment. Our reception is not open 24/7 and that did not suit you. As a reminder this information is indicated on the booking site and you booked by yourself in our hotel. Why complain about something you chose? All the information is present on arrival to check in but you must take the time to read it. As a reminder our rooms are available from 2 p.m. but we offered to check in 1 hour before. However you do not mention this anywhere ... During the breakfast service or reception opening hours our team is always there to help our guests. You could see this when we helped you with the metro and all your other questions. It is always easier to complain remotely behind a screen rather than coming to see us at reception. Sincerely !
