Very friendly young lady at the reception. Rooms were adequate and well decorated. Rooms not sound proof at all on the corridor side. Toilets smell like there is a problem with the sewage system.

Nothing fancy, but worked fine for a short night (had to be at the airport nearby at 4 am). I knew it was barebones, but was surprised there wasn't even soap at the sink. Luckily I had one from an earlier hotel in my bag. A heads up would have been appreciated. One of the two toilets on our floor was out of order, but having only one worked okay with only minor inconvenience. Front desk staff was very friendly, helping us navigate the walking route to the airport given the construction.

The hotel was close but it is very poorly accessible on foot. for a part of path I should walk against the standing regulation to get to the biking lane.

That being said, we would like to point out that you had selected the wrong path to get to the hotel on google maps : you should have gone through the parking lots of the airport, which is a very safe path, to get to here. So the issues about the path is not our fault. Next time, we do recommend you go to the information point of the airport if you have any issues with the directions, they are able to print you a map of the correct path. Secondly, saying that the wrong information was shared is simply untrue : all the information needed is in our multiple websites, and in the welcoming email we send, and it is accurate. You not accessing it when needed is not the hotel\'s responsibility. We truly are saddened that the hard work of an entire team is brought down to things that are not their fault.
