Dear Yara C., Following your comment which is totally false. On the one hand, I have never been unpleasant to you and I am not racist Secondly, you forgot to say in your comment that you urinated at the reception when you came back in the evening completely drunk. Then you made noise and I intervened in your room in the evening to ask you to calm down. Regarding the check out, quite simply we don't check out at our place because it's codes and you even wanted to pay me with a credit card for urinating at the reception and the stairs. In any case given your behavior we would like to no longer see see us again. Management Sincerely,
