Store gode værelser pænt rengjort hver dag. Beliggende nær centrum og et godt udgangspunkt til seværdighederne. Opmærksomt personale som tager sig tid til gæsterne. Meget nemt at finde og tæt på undergrundsbane. God forbindelse til Vasco Da Gama Centeret.

Bad experience to learn your hotel did not have free luggage storage service ! Unbelievable !

We were told at check out that your hotel did not have free luggage storage service ! We had only choice to use chargeable lockers at basement floor. Unbelievable it is ibis ! Our first choice at Europe.

Una gran experiencia, muy limpio. Personal joven, muy preparado, pendiente de que te sientas agusto y no te falte nada. La chica de recepción es muy amable y atenta Habitacion muy limpia y tranquila. Un acogedor bar donde comimos el primer día y cenamos dos noches, con un camarero muy agradable, pendiente de que estés bien. Salas donde reposar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Desayuno muy saludable, con fruta, yogurt, cereales.., pero también hay más opciones dulces, fiambre... Sin duda volveremos.

We had nice 3 days, Good breakfast. The hotel is well linked with the rest of the city by buses and undeground. Wealso asked for a quiet room and we got it. But one disadvantage. The rooms are not equipped with a kettle to make some tea and there are no water dispensers on floors. In many Ibis hotels they introduced this wonderful idea.
