The ibis Paris Gennevilliers hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of Paris, and has 60 rooms, a 24-hour bar, a restaurant and 2 meeting rooms. Very helpful reception staff. Gave us directions to nearest bus stop and metro. We were there during the Paris olympics so transport to and from the venues was important. The hotel was quiet and the bedrooms were spotless. The organisation of breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights. on two of the mornings there was no bread, croissants, pastries, scrambled eggs/bacon out on display. No one seemed to come out and check if items needed to be replenished regularly. We waited patiently for 10-15 minutes and then I had to go to the Reception desk two mornings in a row to ask them to try and sort it out. This felt very awkward. There was a further 20 minute wait while the kitchen prepared all of the above. We were trying to get out the door to travel to the Olympics so this was not great in terms of service.

バス移動。カタルーニャ広場からタナトリ駅まで約30分だが、便数も多く楽。ホテル綺麗。内装綺麗。バーも夜間でも人がいて食事していて安心。横にマックもあり便利。 Bus movement. It takes about 30 minutes from Plaça Catalunya to Tanatori Station, but there are many buses and it is convenient. Hotel is beautiful. Beautiful interior. There are people eating at the bar even at night, so it's safe. There's also a Mac next to it, which is convenient.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Paris Gennevilliers, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the very first contact with the check-in personnel, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional kindness. Their friendly demeanor made the start of our stay truly wonderful. During our visit to Paris, we encountered a medical emergency. The hotel manager, Louis, went above and beyond to assist us. He not only helped us get the necessary medical assistance but also provided invaluable translation support from French. His genuine concern and assistance made a stressful situation much more manageable. Upon our return from the hospital, we found our room immaculate, thanks to Louis’s attention to detail and care. The room itself was newly renovated, featuring an amazing new air conditioning system that kept the room perfectly cool despite the +35 degrees Celsius heat outside. The fresh, adjustable air was controlled by a convenient one-touch digital system on the wall. The big-screen TV was perfect for watching the Olympics, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. The bathroom was well-equipped with body and hair liquid in the shower and a hairdryer. This was our first time in the Gennevilliers area, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and residential it was. The metro station, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and the huge Carrefour shop less than a minute away were incredibly convenient. Our time at Ibis Paris Gennevilliers was exceptional. It felt like more than just another chain hotel; the personnel truly put their heart and soul into making guests feel welcomed. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
