Comfortable, clean room. Housekeeping and room service up to usual standard. Special mention to Rita from housekeeping who was very helpful. Check in at reception was not up to usual standard. Reception manager was rude and arrogant. In the past Accor Gold Membership was rewarded with chocolates at check in and a gift in the room. Not the case this time. Guest service on phone was very helpful. Check out was a much happier experience with different staff.
