Le bien et le catastrophique … hôtel correct, extrêmement bien situé lorsque l’on cherche une pause sur la route du sud. Arrivés tardivement, nous sommes très gentiment accueilli par le veilleur de nuit, adorable, qui nous sert ce qu’il lui reste au bar après nous avoir trouvé une solution car la chambre prévue n’était plus disponible. Expérience catastrophique le lendemain matin en arrivant pour le petit déjeuner à 9h30 (on nous avait dit qu’il était servi jusque 10h) : on nous dit d’abord que ce n’est plus possible … puis j’explique les avoir déjà payés … après vérification par le « gérant », on nous ouvre l’espace … mais plus grand chose sur le buffet (plus d’œufs, plus de viennoiserie, …) … on demande à en avoir … pendant tout cet épisode, le « gérant » n’aura de cesse d’être aussi irrespectueux qu’incompétent, refusant de remettre des denrées sur le buffet car « il y aura de la perte », se félicitant de nous faire attendre plus de 30 minutes « puisque c’est comme cela » … Bref le ton monte, et l’on découvre que cela a déjà été le cas avec d’autres clients (présents à la réception) quelques minutes plus tôt, et que Monsieur est coutumier du fait. Dommage que l’incompétence et le manque d’éducation flagrants d’une personne fasse aussi mal à cet hotel qui est par ailleurs bien pratique.

Classique Ibis, en théorie 1 niveau en dessous des ibis style, mais bien mieux à mon goût, les chambres étant 1 peu plus grande et mieux équipées.....Avec parking inclus gratuit et fermé partiellement. Très bon accueil rien à redire, les personnes essaient de compenser au mieux les lacunes de l'hôtel (restaurant fermé par absence de cuisinier par exemple).....C'est très calme à la sortie d'un bourg sur une départementale tranquille, à 3mns de la sortie d'autoroute.
