Dear Mr. M., Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a good stay overall. Regarding the room temperature, please allow us to clarify that our air-conditioning system operates on a centralized mode, meaning it can provide either heating or cooling — but not both simultaneously. This setup is designed to ensure consistent performance throughout the hotel. As this past week saw exceptionally high temperatures for early April, we understand that the rooms may have felt warmer than usual. However, frequent switching between heating and cooling modes is not possible, as it would significantly affect the system’s functionality. With temperatures expected to drop again in the coming days, we have not yet transitioned to full cooling mode. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Dear Ms. V. Thank you for your message and for sharing your feedback ! I completely understand your comment regarding access to water, which is indeed a basic necessity, and I’m truly sorry if our current setup gave you the impression that we do not take this seriously. As part of our eco-responsible approach, we’ve made the decision to stop offering plastic water bottles in guest rooms. Instead, reusable water bottles are available at the front desk, and filtered water fountains are accessible in several areas of the hotel: in the lobby, on the 5th floor, and in the fitness area. Of course, we would like to offer more. However, due to technical and safety constraints, it is unfortunately not possible for us to install fountains on every floor. We understand that this new approach may not suit everyone, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
