Best stay in my trip through Italy

Needless to say that the location was superb. Few minutes walk to amazing restaurants, tourist attractions and even the local amenities. Staff was efficient and very friendly. Hotel room was large. Will definitely recommend!

overall value for money pleasant welcome gift ! chocolates, and welcome drink voucher. decent checkin, breakfast, basic amenities i felt that housekeeping day 1 was great, left 2 more chocolates for me day 2 however - no replenish of teas and milk . no replenish of water. also the room is freezing cold despite set to room warming AC. overall mixed feeling if i would love to return to this hotel on my next visit to florence tho
