We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points following your review. After receiving your comments, we promptly inspected the room and the mattress is in good condition and not sagging, however, it is topped with a soft “sous-matelas” designed for added comfort, which may have given a different sensation in terms of support. As for the desk lamp, it was simply unplugged, most likely by the previous guest, perhaps to charge a phone or another device and then plug only the tv (of course we are deeply sorry for our lack of attention). We also checked the outdoor lighting and we can confirm that is functional correctly. We regret that these details affected your overall impression, especially considering your past visits to Venice. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re already working to address the elements you've brought to our attention.
