It’s rewarding to know that our staff, especially our Hungarian colleague, made your late arrival smooth and comfortable. However, we regret to hear about the issue you experienced with the air conditioning. We understand how important a comfortable room temperature is, especially after a day out. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a pleasant environment a few degrees from the base temperature, and it’s unfortunate that on this occasion it did not function as intended on the top floor. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and appreciate your understanding in choosing not to move rooms due to the late hour. Nonetheless, we are pleased that our prime location contributed to a positive stay, allowing you convenient access to both the city center and transportation to Schiphol Airport. We strive to ensure our guests can explore Amsterdam with ease and return to a peaceful environment at our hotel. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future.
