We would like to sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced, as they do not reflect our commitment to exceptional hospitality. We understand your disappointment regarding the ‘late’ check-in and the room upgrade, as well as the housekeeping service not meeting your expectations. Your comments will be shared with our team to ensure we improve our services moving forward. By default, all courtesy services are subject to availability with the appropriate communication to you as our guest. Regarding the candlelight dinner request, we regret that we were unable to accommodate your wishes for such a special occasion. We would appreciate if you could clarify the loss from your room as we have checked with our services and it seems that we did register this information if you have complained with Reception. Can you please describe what item you lost from your room?
