We understand your disappointment regarding the ‘late’ check-in and the room upgrade, as well as the housekeeping service not meeting your expectations. Regarding the candlelight dinner request, we regret that we were unable to accommodate your wishes for such a special occasion. We would appreciate if you could clarify the loss from your room as we have checked with our services and it seems that we did register this information if you have complained with Reception.
