Ahhh amazing score from your recent stay with us at the Novotel Newcastle Airport hotel. Thankyou so much!! Like so many in the industry we are struggling to recruit kitchen team members but we\'ve never closed the kitchen and always try to deliver an offering to the best of our ability.
