Dear Mr M., Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found our location convenient and recognize the high standards Novotel strives to uphold. Our hotel\'s proximity to key transport links, including the tram station with direct connections to the City-Center and ZRH Airport, is something we are proud of. We regret to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. Our ongoing renovations are aimed at updating and improving our facilities, and we apologize if the lack of prior notification regarding this work caused any inconvenience. But it is clear indicated on our website. Furthermore, we understand the importance of a peaceful environment, especially for our business guests. Although our fitness center, terrace, and other amenities are designed to offer relaxation, we are sorry to hear that the noise disruptions impacted your comfort. In terms of dining, while our Restaurant offers a selection of regional and international dishes, we acknowledge your feedback on the variety and availability of food options during this time. Nonetheless, we truly value your comments about Novotel\'s high standards. In relation to the breakfast offerings, we appreciate your suggestions for a greater variety of animal-based foods and freshly made options. Our aim is to provide a satisfying start to the day, and we will take your preferences into account as we continually work to improve our breakfast selection to please the palates of all our guests. Although the current room amenities do not feature a wardrobe, guests can make use of the clothes rack and additional storage solutions provided. Furthermore, our team is always on hand to assist with any specific requests to ensure a more comfortable stay.
