I stayed here last week as I was in Ulm to see some basketball. As hotels go it's quite basic, the rooms could do with a refurb, but I had no problems with noise, the bed was comfy and the continental breakfast was decent. Where I really liked this hotel was the staff. From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out, the staff here were superb. Friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable. I'm planning to return to Ulm again in the future and based on how I was made welcome by everyone there, I will very likely stay here again. If you want to use public transport there are bus and tram stops just a short walk away, and you can even walk to the main train station in Ulm in a little over 5 minutes. I recommend the Theatre stop.

Ich war für eine Geschäftsreise zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist für eine Hotelkette sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend allerdings ist das bad schon sehr eng. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig nach innen d.h. man bekommt mit wenn in anderen Zimmern geduscht wird etc. Einige Sachen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneut/ renoviert werden. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel das sich jetzt auch nicht als Luxushotel nach außen verkauft.
