Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie mit dem Service unseres Empfangsteams zufrieden waren – Ihr Lob geben wir gerne weiter! Es tut uns jedoch leid zu erfahren, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die Lärmbelästigung beeinträchtigt wurde. Unser Hotel befindet sich derzeit in einer Renovierungsphase, um unseren Gästen in Zukunft noch mehr Komfort und ein modernes Ambiente bieten zu können. Leider lassen sich gewisse Unannehmlichkeiten während dieser Zeit nicht vollständig vermeiden.
