Dear Mr S., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that some aspects of your stay met your expectations, but we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We understand that having a fridge in the room, a proper ironing board, and timely breakfast service can make a big difference, and we’re sorry for not meeting those standards during your visit. We ensure that breakfast is ready to be served from 6.30am until 10.30am and from 7am until 11am at weekends. Additionally, maintaining the hotel grounds is a priority for us, and we appreciate your comments as we work on improvements.
