Swimming pool is the best, the water is bit warm and light, location also the best, we can have a morning walk to the left or right of Slamet Riyadi street improvement is for 1. the readiness of the guardian and towel in the swimming pool 2. quality and variety of breakfast -- bit chaos in breakfast time and need faster replacement/ change food that already gone 3. ask for iron for my room and waiting no one to deliver the iron 4. maybe could provide water dispenser in every floor to avoid any hussle in add water supply in the room Thank you

good location, security very welcome us, but when we ask for extra pillow, they said they will check but never come back to informed us if its possible or no. another thing when we request 2 room key, reception ask for deposit so we put deposit but when check out return the key the other reception say no deposit, until they check again then correct got deposit and finally deposit returned. water also only provided 1 bottle, we need to request again to get it, other novotel provide dispenser outside the room or near the lifts.
