Not my best experience. It was like being in a dorm !! With noise from people passing the room all nite on and off. The “wet room” sounded like a food processor when the shower was on (both in my room and at least one next door to mine) and the water leaked all over the floor, didn’t clear and ended up leaking into hte room carpet. Then to top it all my van was broken into over night, which I didn’t realise until I drove to my event. I couldn’t phone the hotel to even tell them as there was no direct contact number online !!! Not the best experience and I wont be returning.

The wet room concerns will be checked by maintenance. Regarding your van, that’s very unfortunate—please reach out so we can assist where possible.
