Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly the unpleasant odor you described. While occasional external scents from the nearby industrial area can drift towards the hotel depending on the weather, we understand how this can impact your comfort. We strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment at all times. We would also like to apologize for the water pressure not meeting your expectations. We are constantly working on maintaining and improving our facilities to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, we regret to learn that all the TV channels were not fully operational. Our team is dedicated to providing a variety of in-room entertainment options and we will look into this matter. Concerning the cleanliness of your room, it is concerning to hear about the stains on the sheets. Our housekeeping standards are usually very high, and we are disappointed to have fallen short in this instance.
