While I’m truly pleased to know that you found our location convenient and your room well-appointed, I am equally disappointed to learn that your stay fell short of the hospitality and service standards we hold ourselves to. As a valued Gold member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you are among our most loyal guests, and we genuinely regret that we did not deliver the consistently exceptional experience you rightfully expect. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the shortcomings you encountered, particularly in regard to housekeeping. The delay in servicing your room and the lack of replenished amenities is not reflective of the standards we strive for, and I have personally addressed this with our Housekeeping Department to ensure corrective action is taken immediately. Additionally, I am very sorry to hear about the disappointing experience your family had during the kids’ autumn activity. Delays in delivering promised elements like ice cream can understandably take the joy out of what should have been a fun and memorable moment for the little ones. I have shared this with our Guest Experience and Events teams, as this feedback is vital in helping us deliver better organised and punctual offerings in the future.
