Dear STEFAN F., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Aéroport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Due to a technical problem, we had to modify your booking for two double rooms instead of one room for 4. Of course, we kept the amount of your booking and substracted the difference to meet the price of a superior room. Unfortunately, you had no Nespresso machine but we arranged the price of the room regarding the facilities. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and we have already find solutions to prevent future occurrence. it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
