Dear guest Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced upon your arrival. We would like to kindly clarify that our website does provide detailed information about the different transport options available from the airport to our hotel. Unfortunately, access by foot is not recommended due to safety and infrastructure limitations, and we always advise our guests to use a car or taxi for convenience. Regarding the shuttle service to the Ibis Budget, please note that this hotel is a completely separate entity and operated by a different company. Their shuttle service is not affiliated with our hotel in any way,. We truly appreciate your comments and will take them into account to improve the clarity of our communication even further.
