Dear D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. I regret that we fell short in this instance. Our cleaning policy involves servicing rooms every third day, but fresh towels and supplies are available daily upon request. I also apologize for the oversight with the welcome drink for Gold members, and we will ensure this is corrected in the future. While we're pleased to hear you appreciated the friendliness of our staff and the hotel's location, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with room cleaning and the breakfast reservation. We would like to inform you that our current cleaning policy provides housekeeping services every third day of your stay. However, we understand this did not meet your expectations and apologies that out of 11 days with us, your room was only serviced twice. However, we regret to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the room cleaning, our current policy is to service rooms every third day. However, guests can still request fresh towels and top-ups of in-room amenities at any time. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your stay. We were scheduled to service your room on the 23rd of June, but our records show that at 3:19 PM, your room had a Do Not Disturb sign, hence it was not serviced that day.
