Stayed Jan 2025. Nice Hotel, the reception and restaurant/bar areas are very well presented. Room is a good size but poorly utilised for a 2x Queen room. This is an Accor-wide issue - how hard is it to have a table and 2 chairs and even an easy chair when you have a 30m2 room. beds & Linen very good. Air Con good. The bathroom was disappointing - small & dated, shower in bath. Staff very good. Food was good but pricey even with Accor Plus discounts, OK for 1 night.

2 night stay as part of an Outback Spirit tour. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Wifi signal was strong. Breakfast Buffet had a good selection and dinner was very good. Apparently this region is very humid, as the rooms had dehumidifiers, in addition to AC. Some in my group were not aware they needed to be emptied. I know I emptied mine 2 or 3 times the full day we were there. Made a big difference in the efficiency of the AC!

Very nice place to stay. Very central in Kakadu. The staff here very helpful. They are mostly students of work visas enjoying the country. Nice restaurant and in November it is the only restaurant open! Very nice swimming pool, which was an asset as it was extremely hot at this time of year.

Arrived early basically told to go away until lunch time though when booking chose the time we would arrive. Came back for lunch and waited 10 minutes at the stand here and wait sign. Booked in to find the extra we had paid to have a ground floor room with outside chairs and table was not available and no offer of refund of the extra paid. I had called to ensure this was what I was getting for the extra and was reassured. No water supplied in the mini fridge. Room only just clean meaning a quick wipe over with no attention to details like calcium build up in the bathrooms. Great start to our holiday! Won’t be back!

If we are able to check guest in earlier, we always will, this is unfortunately not always possible. The booking was made for a Superior room, which is on the first floor. There was no upgrade booked to a ground floor, so therefore there was nothing for us to refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, and it sounds like we should of communicated better.
