We sadly understand from your comment that your accommodation has not met your expectations. We are devoutly sorry that we could not reflect our international service quality to you during your stay. We assure you, we are going to share your comment with all our team members and take necessary actions immediately in order to prevent any kind of future occurrence. Our guests need to reserve their places in the shuttle car to use it. There is no privilege for Novotel guests to use the shuttle but if they had booked their places in advance, we might have had to say our shuttle is full unfortunately. Once again we express our sincere apologies and hope you accept it.
