Regarding the payment issue, I have carefully reviewed the credit card transactions. Upon check-in, we used your credit card for a guarantee, and at the time of departure, this amount was used for the final payment. Therefore, no duplicate charge was made. However, if you still notice any discrepancies on your statement, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist further. As for the issue with the insect, I truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We have reviewed the pictures, and based on our checks, the insect found on the curtain was not a bedbug. Nevertheless, we take all concerns seriously, and our housekeeping team has conducted a thorough inspection to ensure the highest cleanliness standards.
