Being 1st timers , we were recommended to stay in this area and this hotel was good price among others. Being an Ibis, we didn’t expect much but it was all good. No water in room but water station at reception. Breakfast got a lot of variety including fruits. Walk to beach, walk to supermarket. Being in busy area, dirty platforms to walk. Only problem was the room service that comes after 4:30pm everyday. As most of us who stays in hotel, goes out after breakfast and come back rest afternoon to go out dinner again. May be staff shortage !

Nice room. The staff was very helpful even though they were sometimes busy. Good location close to Copacabana beach, but also within walking distance to Ipanema.
