We did not stay at this resort but used the spa facilities twice and absolutely loved it. It is probably one of the best spa's we have been to. The service is first class, the spa is immaculate and treatments are great. If you are in Phu Quoc, whether you are staying here or not, make sure you book into their 60/90 minute couples massage. It's very affordable and a glorious experience. And unlike many other spa's you have access to the shower facilities before and after your treatment. The booking process was easy and the staff were very responsive via Whatsapp.

Premiere Residences Phu Quoc is a beautiful property and is located on a stunning beach. We were given an upgrade and our apartment was so big and really lovely. Some things to note, we had a Penthouse Suite which had a kitchenette but it didn’t have anything to cook with… no knives, forks, plate, saucepans etc which was pretty unusual. The service at the front desk was good, the service at the beach cafe was terrible. Every time the food was delayed, sometimes for over an hour. Drinks during happy hour also took over an hour and we had to follow up to receive our order. We also lost our sons t-shirt and pair of flip flops never to be seen again. We weren’t able to look through lost property. Several things were just a little odd although we still enjoyed our stay

It was a great stay! I want to specially mention the receptionist Mr Ngoan. He helped us with everithing, answered all my questions and made our stay perfect! We had a great kayaking tour and an interesting barista class. My daughter loved the kids club. The staff there were very attentive. Thanks Ms Van for finding a great room for my family. I love the hotel from reception staff, driver, room, swimming pool, beach. I'm grateful that reception supported my baby and family to have early check in, and supported to pick up and drop off airport. Beach is super clean, clear water. Swimming pool is huge, family friendly. Kid zone is wonderful, my kid enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has a lot of choice and tasty. Love to come back again one day soon.
