PULLMAN ZAMZAM MADINAH UNIQUE TOUCHES THAT MAKE THIS PLACE SPECIAL

My first experience to stay at this side of Masjid Nabawi (Al Gmoh). Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms Nouf to assist me on my check in process, she is truly an ALL Accor asset. I feel like at home after 5 hours journey from Makkah. During check in, she asked me a few questions just to make sure my stay here is good. Very polite and her willingness to help is outstanding. After all the process is done, before she hand over the room key, I've been told to wait for awhile (perks of being an ALL Accor Gold Member - you guys should become the member as well). She went to the back office and referred to the Duty Manager - Abdul Rahman, in less than 4 mins, Ms Nouf came back and told me that, my rizq that I am upgraded to a better room, the same treatment I received from Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah as ALL Accorr member. Truly appreciate and thank you for the hospitality to Ms Nouf and Mr Abdul Rahman for make me feel at home, feel welcome and being an asset to ALL brand. While staying in-house, their IRD (in room dining) also superb and fantastic, please order to taste their house speciality. I had some special request and was assisted by Mr Omar (room services). Again, he made sure everything is according my needs. Kudos to Omar. During my 4 nights stay (room 1046) from 7 April, all the request was handled properly by hotel's associates, a big thank you to Ms Salwa (Duty Manager), Ms Lina (Priority Counter Guest Relations) and also Abdul Aziz Jamil (Front Desk Associate) for your kindness and great hospitality. Please keep your good attitude and help more guest to make their stay feel and home. And Abdul Aziz, your fluent english with British accent is really great, it is easy to communicate with you and you make me amaze. Overall, the stay at Pullman ZamZam Madina is great, the location is good, near to Masjid Nabawi and Maqam Rasullullah SAW (3 mins walking), 1 min away from As Safiyyah Museum which has plenty of restaurant at level 3 and 4, near to convenience shop in the same building and also lots just 2 mins away from mid range shops.

Nice and clean hotel. Had a great experience at breakfast, Ahmed Soliman was so attentive and friendly! His service was absolutely exceptional and he’s a brilliant asset to this hotel. I look forward to the rest of my time here. Thank you so much.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and great flavors to start the day right. However, I do feel that the dinner options could cater a bit more to vegetarians. While there were a few options available, a little more variety would go a long way. The pillows in the room were perfect—nice and firm, which made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable, especially being so close to the Green Dome, which made it incredibly convenient for our visit. The shuttle service was also a big help, especially with regular trips to key spots. That said, it would be even better if there was an option for family shuttle services to make things smoother. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. A special shout-out to Mahmood and Ahmed Suleiman Ali, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Service was amazing for breakfast. Our waiter Mohammed Mouhsin was amazing,very friendly and nothing was an issue for him.the hotel staff are very helpful from the front desk to the staff cleaning our rooms. The rooms are very clean and tidy with no shortage of towels,water and anything you need to make your stay pleasant.
