Well located and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms bright, cheery and modern. Very clean. Breakfast is a buffet and is plentiful. You are near the station so there is train noise but not too bad.

ROOM WAS PAYED IN ADVANCE, AND IT WAS STATED THAT THE PERSON ARRIVING WAS SONIA, I (CESAR) WAS NOT ABLE TO GO. STAFF ASKED ME FOR AN IMAGE OF MY PASSPORT, MY CREDIT CARD. I SENT THEM WHAT THEY ASKED... AS MY CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN THE BANK GAVE ME A NEW PLASTIC CARD....... AND I SENT THEM THE NEW CARD..... AS NEW CARD WAS WITH NEW NUMBERS... STAFF WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS...THEN THEY THREAT ME TO DOUBLE CHARGE SONIA IF I WAS NOT SENDING THE CARD WITH THE SAME NUMBERS I PAID WITH. IT WAS AN AWFAL THREATMENT...... I AND MY FAMILY HAVE STAY AT ANOTHER IBIS AND IBIS STYLES IN THE WORLD AND THIS IBYS STYLES NAPOLI GARIBALDI WAS JUST THE WORST!

Can’t fault the stay. We needed to be close to the rail station for day trips to Pompeii, Rome and Sorrento. There are some great places to eat around the corner & the area felt safe at night with soldiers & police around the station. The accommodation was spotless & comfortable, staff really helpful . I would stay here again.

Bad service: - we experienced several situations where the staff discriminated against individuals. Especially racist and homophobic behavior was shocking. We had a black friend visiting and while no one else had to register themselves and show IDs this was the case for our friend who was eventually not allowed to enter the hotel. This was clearly racist by the staff and we didn’t expect to experience this in a global hotel chain. Mediocre rooms: - beds are uncomfortable but we didn‘t expect much - the room smelled extremely of lemon which was sprayed to cover the smell of the drains Bad location: - hotel is situated badly for a city trip to Naples. The train station is near. We took tue subway to go the city of Naples for our walks through Naples.
