We endeavour to provide you with the best possible quality of service during each of your stays, so your opinion is of great interest to us. However, we deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and that you did not have a pleasant stay with us. It goes without saying that the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom in particular does not meet our standards. We would like to apologise to you most sincerely for this. We will, of course, sit down with the responsible department heads and take the necessary measures to better train our staff, rectify the shortcomings and generally improve the quality of the services mentioned in the long term. Niice staff, rooms were small, we order superior since we have 2 kids, I don't think we got that.
