Dear Laura, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you found our hotel to be clean, the staff courteous, and the little touches for your children enjoyable. It is gratifying to know that the breakfast offerings were to your satisfaction and contributed positively to your stay with us. We understand that certain aspects of your room did not meet your expectations, such as the lack of a bedside table on one side and the absence of usb sockets. We also regret to hear about the sharp object found under the bed and sincerely apologize for any concern this may have caused. Although our sauna was not available during your visit, we appreciate your positive remarks about our swimming pool facilities. Nonetheless, we are pleased to hear that our central location enhanced your family’s experience in Brussels.
