We are delighted that you found the room and beds to be very comfortable, and that the breakfast offerings were to your satisfaction. Our team takes pride in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay, with high-end comfort and a refined setting as the backdrop to your Geneva visit. However, we regret to hear that the temperature in your room was not as cool as you would have preferred. Our air conditioning systems are typically responsive and adjustable to suit individual preferences, and we apologize if this was not the case during your stay. We are also sorry to learn that there was a misunderstanding regarding our linen change policy.
