Located in the heart of Sheffield, the hotel is easily accessible via most major transport links. Guests travelling by road should exit the M1 at J33 and follow the signs to Sheffield. Both Sheffield station and airport are also in close proximity.

Please be advised on Sunday 23rd March 2025, Sheffield will be taking part in the Sheffield Half Marathon, Road closures will be in place to accommodate this which will restrict access to the hotel, in particular, Norfolk Street, Surrey Street, Arundel Gate & Charles Street from 04:00am with planned re-opening at 16:00pm. Please use Arundel Gate car park entrance via the Sheffield Interchange.

One night stay while on business in the area. There is no car park and parking nearby can be hit and miss. One car park I drove into didn't feel safe to leave my car overnight, so I parked in Q Park. On arrival at the hotel I was told this car park is pre-book only? I paid for parking online and hopefully ok. I didn't see any notices in the car park. Hotel is lovely but the bed and pillows were rock hard and I woke with neck ache. Breakfast was great and the 'breakfast ladies' were superb. Only grumble on the room was the sound of an extract fan throuout the night. I walked through the winter garden and around the city centre during the evening. Some very aggressive homeless people but sadly, we also have this in my home town. I would definitely stay again.

on the upside,the location is ideal and the staff are very friendly and jolly, the bed was lovely and comfy and the shower was nice, on the down side the swimming pool did not feel clean and the water left a milky residue on your skin and there were no lockers available for hotel guests, it was also being used for a hen party for a spa weekend and they were less than pleased having to share there pool with a fat bloke from essex and kept giving me evils. The shower had mold in it and the toilet paper was that cheap horrible thin stuff you used to get in school and had to be folded over three times lest you give yourself a digital upload. i must mention the cups too, they were tiny and in no way sated ones caffeine desire in the morning

stayed for one night with late check out paid for up to 6 as stated on your website on note for special requests i stated that the late checkout should be noted so we are not disturbed after your normal check out as has happened on previous visits i also on check in again asked if it was noted that we had late check out at 4 oclock was phoned by you reception asking if we where checked out as they had been in to room ignoring a do not disturb sign to see our bags where still there i stated again that we had late checkout till 6 and your receptionist said that it is upto 6 like i had made a mistake when i went back to hotel to ask why they where calling me when i had late check out and was two hours beofore my check
