over all this was a good stay, the room was set out well although a couple of things that detracted. there was a very cold air coming into the room via a vent and no matter how much i turned the thermostat up this air kept going. It was freezing to sit at the desk. I had an accident and was hurt (outside of the hotel) when i came back and asked if they had an ice pack or cold pack I was told no - they could get me ice which would sit well on my swollen nose. I was very surprised as this is generally something most businesses have as part of a their safe workplace requirements but not only that as a hotel this should be a need to have. The staff were generally really helpful, friendly and considerate
