In the heart of the Bastide district, the ibis Bordeaux Centre Bastide hotel is run by an attentive team. We welcome you with a smile and offer modern and comfortable rooms. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast with sweet and savory flavors between 6.30am and 10am. If you're feeling peckish, we offer light snacks 24 hours a day to eat in your room or in the restaurant area.

The Pont de Pierre, Arkéa Aréna, the Convention Center and Matmut-Atlantique stadium are all nearby, so you can mix various activities into your business and leisure trips. Our hotel is the ideal base for exploring Bordeaux on foot, by bike or public transport. We have cycle storage facilities and we're just a few minutes' walk from the tram A stop.

If you're coming by car, we have paid parking available (max. height 1.9m / 6.2ft). That way you can go off adventuring round the Dune du Pilat, Arcachon Bay and the wine trail.

Pas de restaurant 🥲

Nous connaissons bien les hôtels Ibis bien pratiqués dans les grandes villes pour des brefs séjours parce que souvent ils offrent tout ce dont a besoin, un bon lit, du calme, un bon petit déjeuner et un restaurant. Et c’est là, que ça ne va pas. Le restaurant est annoncé avec des menus affichés, on ne peut pas se méfier… Et à 19h30, on arrive, on découvre la salle vide, sans lumière, une salle sans ambiance, aucune table préparée avec verre et couverts. On a mangé du surgelé réchauffé car on avait faim et nous étions trop fatigués pour s’aventurer dehors d’autant qu’il faisait très froid. C’est la disponibilité de la serveuse, son service et son sourire qui nous ont sauvé la soirée. Ce serait bienvenu de préciser que vous avez des en-cas et pas de restaurant 👍

Non-remboursement quand paiement pris deux fois!!!

Bel hôtel, mais cela fait plusieurs jours que j'ai réglé la note et #ibisbordeaux n'a toujours pas libéré l'empreinte sur ma carte. Donc deux paiements enregistrés pour un seul séjour .#ibis #ibisfrance ce n'est pas normal. Si 'ai payé en avance de bonne foi, l'empreinte sur la carte devrait aussi être levée aussitôt. A chaque fois, trois employés différentes me mène en bateau en disant " désolée, je n'ai pas les codes". J'ai le sentiment d'être menée en bourric. Dommage, car la chambre et l'hôtel est vraiment bien et bien situé. J'espère que quelqu'un ferait enfin le nécessaire. Je me demande s'il ne faut jamais tout payer en avance....
