Overall the hotel was what I expected. Actually I was given a better room than booked BUT iy was cold WAY TOO COLD.

The room was too cold. The air-conditioned ate maximum (<25 Celsius) DID NOT pushed hot air at that temperature. Next time I stay at one of your hotels will bring a thermometer. NO extra blanked was available - only extra pillow. IN SUMMARY I COULD NOT SLEEP DUE TO LOW TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM.

Although I got a room in the lower ground part of the hotel, the room was very clean and fresh. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. They helped me find a room in a nearby hotel the following day as the hotel was fully booked.

My family and I stayed at the Ibis 13eme Avenue hotel and we thought it was a great deal! The metro is only a 3 minute walk and the station offers the best lines, which will take to directly to the main points of the city. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

The staffs there were rude and stingy. Don’t even want to refill food and rush to kick you out not even finish breakfast hours.
