The location of the stay was great, couldn'T. be better! Room was small but had everything we needed so not a bother, and the view of the church was perfect. Staff were excellent and so helpful, and the shop in the lobby was so useful and well stocked. However, the room was quite dirty, there was dust everywhere and mould growing on the walls and windowsill in the bathroom. Me and my partner also woke up with little bites all over us on both days, however, since coming home have experienced no new ones.

Selected this ibis because of the location, which is great. Two stations from the central station and close to the metro station. The check in was smooth, but they checked me into a room on the second floor, right next to the renovation area. Booked a Double Sweetroom. The room was quite small, and it didn't fit in all the standard ibis Sweetroom furniture. The bathroom was also tiny. I'm a big guy, and had to open the bathroom door to get out of the shower. The toilet seat was right next to the wall, making doing your business uncomfortable. On Saturday morning I woke up with hammering and drilling noise coming from next door. I mentioned this at the front desk, they offered to move me to another room, but as they said they would not be working on Sunday, I stayed in the room. They comped my breakfast, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was pretty ok. The bar was closed, and they told me the welcome drink would be available at the nearby Novotel. Apparently the shop next to the reception belongs to another company, so they can't give it from there. So the drink voucher remained unused. Apparently they have a policy not to confirm late check outs the evening before, but it was available in the morning of the check out. Overall, I hink the hotel was okay, but not sure if I would stay again.

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, buenas camas y almohadas. El baño es muy pequeño, podrían haberle agregado un metro. El desayuno es muy muy muy bueno. La atención del staff de la recepción es un desastre. Ni una sola sonrisa en 4 días. No es que me interese específicamente que me sonrían pero me llamó mucho la atención que prácticamente todas las personas de la recepción casi rozaban el destrato y hasta donde yo entiendo, parte de su trabajo es ayudar al huésped. No saludan, hablan muy rápido sin importarles nada si entiendes o no el idioma, no hacen ningún esfuerzo en ayudar cuando haces una pregunta, etc. Volvería a hospedarme sabiendo que no puedo contar para nada con los innumerables recepcionistas.

Estimado huésped, Gracias por elegirnos como su hotel de confianza en esta reciente visita a nuestra fantástica ciudad. Es maravilloso saber que su estancia en el ibis Brussels City Centre fue en general positiva y que disfrutó de nuestras instalaciones. Nos complace que haya encontrado las camas y almohadas de su agrado, siempre nos esforzamos por ofrecer el máximo confort con nuestro Ibis Sweet Bed y el duvet incluido. Qué bueno que nuestro desayuno haya superado sus expectativas, nos enorgullece ofrecer una amplia selección que incluye desde opciones calientes hasta un rincón saludable con avena, muesli y semillas, así como panes y pastelería recién horneados. Sin embargo, lamentamos que la atención recibida en la recepción no haya estado a la altura de nuestras normas de calidad y amabilidad. Entendemos que una sonrisa y una actitud servicial son fundamentales en la experiencia del huésped, y nos disculpamos si en su visita no reflejamos estos valores. Valoramos su comentario y es algo que tomaremos en cuenta para mejorar. Finalmente, nos alegra que la ubicación del hotel fuera conveniente para usted, situado en el corazón de Bruselas y próximo a la Grand Place, el mercado de pescado y la zona comercial, así como cerca de estaciones de metro, autobús y tranvía, lo que permite explorar la ciudad con facilidad.
