Lovelly hotel but no aircon

It is a lovelly hotel but, even in the depths of winter, the room was a little too warm. We set the thermostat on 15 on arrival but still too warm at bedtime. No air conditioning or certainly not functioning.

Dear Mister G., Thank you for taking time to write a comment following your stay in our hotel. We are very sorry for the inconvenience met in your room about the warm. Our warming system depend to the outside temperature. If outside it is to cold, the warm is hot and if the temperature outside warms up, the heater won\'t blow as hot. I was most impressed with the dinner served. I did not expect this quality from an airport hotel. The room was comfortable but the walls in the water closet next to the toilet were dirty which made for an uncomfortable experience. Also the level of smoke inside of a “non smoking” hotel was quite unacceptable. I brought this to the attention of the staff but even the next day the hallways were very smelly.

The same goes for the smell of cigarettes since all our rooms are non-smoking.
