we bought some sandwiches at the station as we didn't want to eat out, ordered some drinks at your bar and after a few minutes the manager told us we had to go and eat them in our room, as per hotel policy as they had a restaurant in the premises. he lost some sales as for sure we would have consumed at least another drink, and anyway I think it is not the way to treat customer. we travel regularly to Accor hotels and it is the first time I receive such treatment. usually the rooms are so-so but the staff is always accommodating. I will not return to that hotel, for sure.
