As usual, the hotel lived up to expectations. Efficient staff, very good breakfast and clean room. However, our stay was disturbed by the person in the room above us walking around until 2am on the first night and the second night there was disruption in the street outside our window. We are due to stay again this coming weekend (12/13th April) can we have a room to the front of the hotel, facing the river, please.

The AC is turned off because the hotel thinks it’s still winter. It’s 25C outside and only hotter in your room. The window doesn’t have a screen to protect you from endless mosquitos that will come in and they will and average 5 bites per night and they won’t go away anytime soon. You will wake up many times due to loud noises from outside because your window is open and soaked in sweat. This hotel ruined my trip I wish I never left home. How can winter and mosquitoes coexist ? The hotel is absolute garbage

Stayed here many times and been happy with hotel. This time the reception area was being refurbished. Reception staff were not really very welcoming, no smiles or engagement. Found noise from rooms above and from corridor at 2 am and 3 am much worse than previously, not hotel’s fault but interrupted sleep on number of occasions. Price was much more expensive then previously, May consider alternative hotels next time.
