Our hotel\'s proximity to key transport links, including the tram station with direct connections to the City-Center and ZRH Airport, is something we are proud of. We regret to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. Our ongoing renovations are aimed at updating and improving our facilities, and we apologize if the lack of prior notification regarding this work caused any inconvenience. But it is clear indicated on our website. Furthermore, we understand the importance of a peaceful environment, especially for our business guests. Although our fitness center, terrace, and other amenities are designed to offer relaxation, we are sorry to hear that the noise disruptions impacted your comfort.
