Welcome was nice, but went downhill from there - long dark hair on the bed sheet - no way to heat the room; when calling the front desk they told me that I have to go downstairs and pick up a heater myself - no iron in the room, they provide an "ironing room"; that "room" is a joke and is the hallway in front the staff elevators. There was no ironing board cover but only a bed sheet placed over it. - Misleading information on welcome drinks - Kitchen staff yelling from the kitchen - rate split between room cost and breakfast did not make sense and front desk agent was not able to help.

Es ist schade, dass die Information bezüglich des ALL Begrüßungsgetränks missverständlich war. Als ALL Mitglied können Sie im Silver Status, Gold Status, Platinum Status, Diamond Status und Limitless Status den Welcomedrink, wenn die Reservierung über die Hotelinternetseiten oder direkt über die All App erfolgte, diesen an der Bar und alternativ aus dem Kühlschrank neben dem Empfangstresen auswählen. Ein All Welcome Getränkegutschein beinhaltet Bier, Wein oder Softgetränke. Der Welcomegetränkegutschein gilt für den Aufenthalt und ist in diesem Zeitraum jederzeit einlösbar. Für weitere Fragen zum ALL Welcomedrink stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Es ist uns wichtig, die Kommunikation klarer zu gestalten, um Missverständnisse in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Overall I was happy with my stay in this hotel and would likely recommend it to others staying in the area if it suited their needs. I stayed here for 4 nights while on a work trip.

Don’t understand why requires is fee for the drink water in room
