비치, 레스토랑, 상점, 몰 등 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 여행자가 즐길 수 있는 모든 것이 있습니다. 룸레잇은 저렴하지만 룸에서 멋진 오션뷰를 즐길 수 있어서 이만한 가성비를 누릴 수 있는 호텔이 또 있을까 싶습니다. 리셉션의 Ms.Chi는 언제나 웃는 얼굴로 늘 저를 도와주었습니다. 그녀는 훌륭한 영어를 구사하며 항상 고객을 친절하게 배려해주어 나트랑에서의 짧은 휴가를 더욱 즐겁게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 나트랑에 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 숙박할 것입니다

For an international standard the place is simply too dirty. All staff seem to need to do everything together. The reception was manned by four people on the same computer. The baby cot was broken and dirty. The bed had a dirty frame. The bathroom had water stains on surfaces. The staff were friendly. The pool area looks like it's abandoned. The kid's corner is abandoned and has absolutely nothing to do. It's more there to tick some boxes. Design-wise, as an IBIS STYLES, this hotel has zero style.

Overall a good stay. Was upgraded on arrival which was nice. Room was good, gym and pool was nice, breakfast was alright. Very close to the beach and many shops and eateries. The only part I found odd was check out. I understand the need to ensure there are no issues with the room but when it could cause inconveniences for guests unnecessarily, this could be a problem. Not sure why the room needed to be checked at the time of checkout. First time this has ever happened to me. Housekeeping would have alerted any concerns and you have history with me as an Accor guest. Just find it unusual.
