I'm a frequent business traveler, and I'm happy to call this hotel my home whenever I'm in London. The staff is gentle, and the hotel has a more informal and modern vibe compared to others in the Canary Wharf region. Good for business, good for leisure — it is strategically located near most of the business centers in Canary Wharf. The Bokan restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city center and iconic London landmarks. A special thank you to Alina and Barbara for the brilliant reception at the restaurant every day at breakfast. I hope to see you all soon.

I recently spent 4 days in London.I just want to say that the Staff in Novotel are so professional and so friendly. They go out of their to make your stay relaxed and special. There was a sense that their mission in life was to just be there for you and help you without having to ask if you needed help!!! I have to say that the night manager Florin went out of his way to help us solve a problem. It was late at night when we got back to Novotel at Canary Wharf Florin went far and beyond to help solve our problem and we would like to take this opportunity to Thank Him so sincerely for all he did for us. I have to say that the Breakfast bar is excellent and the hot breakfast was amazing!! We ate like King's for the few days that we were at Novotel Canary Wharf. Our experience at breakfast was so laid back. We have to thank a lovely young lady called Barbra, who went out of her way to make us feel special. She is such a happy and conscientious lady...always smiling and very helpful. She was so chatty and friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely stay at Novotel again ... We were greeted by Rachel on the reception desk with a big smile and made us feel welcome. Our arrival and departure went so smoothly and without any problems. Thank you everyone at Novotel Canary Wharf for making our trip special..and we will definitely be staying with you in the future. XXX
