Dear Mr. Omar, We deeply apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had during your stay at our hotel. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback and will take immediate action to address these issues. We apologize for not respecting your request regarding room cleaning, It was supposed to be coordinated with you before any visit, and we are sorry for this oversight. We also sincerely apologize for the way the cups were cleaned, as they should have been cleaned in a more hygienic and careful manner. Please rest assured that we will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the shortage of towels, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we will make sure to provide enough towels consistently to ensure the comfort of our guests.
