The room, food, location are all satisfying. However, the room WiFi was horrible for Room 419. Please rectify & improve ASAP. Thank you very much.

Looks good on the outside with pleasant staff but rooms are far from it

1. Check in process was efficient although there was an error but quick to be rectified. Front desk service was impeccable. 2. Room temperature was warm when arrived. Air-conditioning took some time to get to temperature but the blowers were not centrally directed. 3. Stains on the sofa 4. Bed was visibly clean but after the first night I realised I was developing an itch throughout. 5. Bath towels were thinned out and had a strange odour 6. Shower pressure was ok but I noticed on the check out day that the soap dispenser had big chunks of what I can only describe as DIRT ( I MAY BE IN DENIAL) but I would be happy to provide these pictures to you
